Our Weekly Schedule
We operate on a weekly batch processing schedule to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.

Final day to submit or edit card requests for the upcoming week's batch. All submissions after Sunday at 11:59 PM will be processed the following week.
Monday
Our team reviews all submissions and finalizes the poetry for each card. Cards are then sent to our printing facility for production.
Tuesday
All cards are printed, quality-checked, and mailed out. You'll receive a notification when your card has been shipped, including tracking information.
Delivery Time
Cards typically arrive within 3-5 business days for US addresses. International delivery times vary by destination. We recommend scheduling cards at least 2 weeks before the occasion.

Yes! You'll have the opportunity to review and approve both the poetry and the card design before it's printed and mailed. If you're not satisfied, you can request revisions or choose a different design.
What if I need to make a last-minute change?
You can edit your card details up until Sunday at 11:59 PM for the upcoming week's batch. After that, the card will be locked for production. For urgent changes after the deadline, please contact our customer support team.

Our system automatically tracks recurring occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. You'll receive a reminder two weeks before each occasion, giving you time to personalize that year's message or use the same details as before.
