When does the beta start?
We're launching with the first 50 sign-ups on October 15th, 2025. Once we hit 50 testers, beta closes.
How long is the beta period?
3 months of testing, then we launch publicly in January 2026. Your locked-in pricing continues forever.
How does the subscription work?
You'll receive card credits each month based on your plan. Cards are printed every Monday and mailed Tuesday. Unused credits expire after 6 months.
How long does delivery take?
Cards are printed every Monday and mailed every Tuesday. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the US.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, but your locked-in beta pricing ends if you cancel. If you rejoin later, you'll pay regular launch prices.
What if I hate my card?
We'll rewrite it free or give you a full refund. During beta, we especially want to know what's not working so we can fix it.
